Everyone has a story to tell. This is mine.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve kept a journal of some sort or another, often sporadically. Usually, I write when I’m in pain, emotionally, spiritually or psychologically (or maybe even all three) but now I’m challenging myself to make note of the less traumatic times of my life.
There is so much more to life than the hard times that so often define us. I’m hoping through attention, reflection and sharing, the connective tissue of the past and the present, the good and the bad will become clear and a beautiful story will emerge not just within me but between us.
I have nothing to offer you but the gift of shared experience; of laughing together at the inane or sobbing together at the tragic and everything else in-between on the spectrum of our collective life experience.
In addition to creating for this blog, I am working on my first novel, hopefully to be finished by end of 2022.
I’m a mother, a partner, a creative spirit. I’m an expert on very few things but this I know for sure…
